Forklift Mechanic / Field Service Technician - $30to $40/hr
We're hiring a Field Service Technician to service and repair forklifts and material handling equipment for customers across the Kansas City area. This is a mobile mechanic role where you'll drive a company service van to customer sites, diagnose issues, and get equipment back up and running.
If you've turned wrenches on forklifts, big trucks, ag equipment, heavy equipment, or in an automotive shop and you're tired of nights, weekends, and bad culture this one is for you.

- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and component replacements
- Document service work, parts used, and customer communication accurately
- Build long-term relationships with customers — they remember the tech, not the truck

- Basic hand tools to start (we help you fill out the rest within 90 days)
- Reliable, accountable, follows through — if you say it'll be done, it gets done
