Tri-Star Landscapes, LLC is hiring for its hardscape construction division in Alcoa, TN 37701.
**This position is for a HARDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN **
-Clean driving record and valid Driver's License are Required.
-Previous verifiable hardscaping foreman experience required for foreman position, and desired for trainee position.
-Bi-Lingual is strongly preferred (English/Spanish).
Job Duties Typically Can Include the Following:
>Hardscapes (retaining walls, pavers, etc)
>Outdoor living (grills, outdoor kitchens, fire features, etc)
>Carpentry (construction of cabanas, pool houses, pergolas, etc.)
>Fence Installation (typically around pool projects)
>Proficient knowledge of how to properly and effectively use a laser level
>Skid steer/excavator operator experience is a plus
>Able to coordinate with our other divisions to deliver the customer a seamless product (machine operators, dump truck drivers, pool installers, landscapers, etc.)

The Hardscape Construction Foreman position puts you on the fast track to earning a foreman position by allowing you to adapt to our company first & learn new skills by working side by side with our current foreman. You will also receive hands on training & guidance from our management team, allowing for a successful transition into the foreman position. Please note that since this position is geared towards promotion into a driving position, a valid drivers license & clean driving record is REQUIRED, NO EXCEPTIONS (acceptance by our insurance carrier will be verified). While there is no timeline for successful transition into a Foreman position, we typically see this process take as little as a couple weeks.

>Pay typically starts between $26.00-30.00/hour + benefits, depending on experience (typically 45-50 hours per week)
