Overview
Our hair extensions brand looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment & Inventory Associate to join our team in Miami Shores.
This is an important role in our business. Our customers are professional hairstylists who depend on receiving the correct products quickly and accurately, so we are looking for someone who understands that every order matters.
You will work alongside our current fulfillment team member to prepare and ship daily customer orders while learning our complete fulfillment process. Our goal is to find someone dependable who can become a trusted part of our team and eventually be comfortable managing daily fulfillment independently when needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately
- Double-checking colors, lengths, textures, and quantities before shipment
- Preparing FedEx shipments and shipping labels
- Receiving and organizing incoming inventory
- Assisting with inventory counts and restocking
- Keeping the fulfillment and inventory area clean and organized
- Learning all Orahhair packing and shipping procedures
- Being able to independently manage daily fulfillment when needed
We're looking for someone who is:

- Able to work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Able to take ownership of their responsibilities
- Available consistently Monday through Friday
Previous fulfillment, warehouse, shipping, inventory, or e-commerce experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility are more important to us than years of experience.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 12:00 PM–4:00 PM
Location: Miami Shores, Florida
Compensation: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
Position: Part-time contract role
We are looking for someone who wants consistency and can become a reliable long-term part of a growing company.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
