LUX Laser Labs is a modern medical aesthetics clinic specializing in laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and advanced cosmetic treatments. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and help create an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, emails, and online inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Assist with patient intake forms and maintain accurate records
- Process payments and explain treatment packages and memberships
- Support providers by ensuring schedules run efficiently
- Follow up with leads, consultations, and existing patients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Assist with social media inquiries and basic administrative tasks as needed
- Uphold patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
- Previous front desk, receptionist, customer service, medical office, med spa, or aesthetics experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable discussing services, packages, and promotions with patients
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with scheduling software
- Experience with Boulevard EMR preferred
- Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, cosmetic, or wellness setting is a plus
