Furry Land Mobile Grooming is hiring experienced Dog Groomers and Mobile Dog Groomers to join our growing team in Woodbury and the surrounding east Twin Cities communities.
This is a great opportunity for a professional dog groomer who wants more independence, flexible scheduling, and the ability to provide one-on-one grooming services in a calm mobile environment.
As a Mobile Dog Groomer, you will work independently in a fully equipped, climate-controlled Mercedes Sprinter grooming van. Our dedicated call center handles scheduling and customer communication so you can focus on grooming, pet care, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Perform professional dog grooming services from start to finish
- Bathe, brush, dry, clip, style, de-shed, de-mat, trim nails, clean ears, and complete breed-specific grooming services
- Groom according to breed standards and pet owner preferences
- Safely handle dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments
- Communicate clearly and professionally with pet owners
- Provide high-quality grooming and customer service during every appointment
- Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the mobile grooming van
- Complete grooming notes and appointment records
- Represent Furry Land Mobile Grooming with professionalism and care
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional dog grooming experience
- Ability to complete full dog grooms independently
- Strong knowledge of dog breeds, coat types, and professional grooming techniques
- Comfortable grooming dogs of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently in a mobile grooming environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Mobile dog grooming experience preferred but not required
- Grooming certification preferred but not required
