Our Sushi Chefs and Line Cooks are required to have food handler's permits. Although we do not require prior experience, a teamwork cooperative attitude is necessary! Here at Five Sushi Brothers, we thrive on the wonderful community we've built and expect all team members to treat each other with kindness and respect. Cooperation is necessary in our fast paced environment!
As a chef, you will be trained in all of the processes in making sushi rolls. You will start out with the basics, and work your way to becoming a master. Don't be intimidated, we will there to help guide and train you. Just have a good attitude!
