The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated, skilled General Dentist to join our growing practice in a full-time
capacity. This is a high-earning opportunity with an aggressive compensation structure designed to

Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry including exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions,
crowns, bridges, dentures, and root canals
- Develop and present thorough, individualized treatment plans to patients
- Deliver a positive, anxiety-free patient experience through clear communication and
compassionate care Collaborate with a dedicated support team including hygienists, assistants, and front office staff
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
- Stay current with advances in dentistry through continuing education
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient safety
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution
- Active Texas dental license (or eligibility to obtain licensure in Texas)
- DEA registration (or eligibility)
- 1+ years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training welcome to apply
- Proficiency in core restorative and surgical procedures
- Experience with digital dentistry, iTero, or cone beam CT imaging a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for patient care
- Strong work ethic and a self-motivated, team-oriented mindset

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
