Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with behavioral health needs. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients through effective case management, patient care, and motivation. This position requires a strong understanding of behavioral health practices, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Duties
- Provide direct patient care and support to individuals with behavioral health challenges.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Implement motivational interviewing techniques to encourage positive behavioral changes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive case management.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ICD-10 guidelines.
- Support patients dealing with PTSD and other mental health conditions through compassionate care.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development related to working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Requirements
- Experience in behavioral health or related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of case management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques is a plus.
- Background in clinical research or willingness to participate in research activities is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals who have developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and team members.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a hospital or clinical setting.
- A passion for supporting individuals facing mental health challenges and promoting their well-being.
- Bilingual preferred
