What You'll Do
As a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer, you'll help individuals, families, and business owners find insurance solutions that fit their needs while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend personalized coverage
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
- Review policies and identify additional coverage opportunities
- Cross-sell and bundle insurance products
- Assist customers with policy questions, renewals, and account servicing
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Contribute to agency growth through outstanding customer service
What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty License preferred
- Insurance sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Sales, banking, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience is highly valued
