Lease On, LLC is seeking a dependable, experienced Full-Time Painter to join our maintenance team. If you take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy working independently, and want steady, year-round employment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and paint interior and exterior residential properties.
- Patch drywall, repair nail holes, and perform surface preparation.
- Match paint colors and apply clean, professional finishes.
- Protect floors, fixtures, and surrounding areas while painting.
- Complete touch-ups after maintenance or tenant turnover.
- Maintain painting equipment and keep work areas clean.
- Work efficiently to help prepare homes and apartments for new residents.
- Communicate with the maintenance team regarding project progress.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
- Previous residential or commercial painting experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
