Responsibilities
- Monitor live streams across multiple social media platforms, including Whatnot, Tiktok, and Ebay live.
- Engage with viewers in real-time by responding to comments, questions, and feedback to promote a lively and respectful chat environment.
- Collaborate with livestream host to coordinate stream schedules, manage technical issues, and facilitate smooth transitions during broadcasts.
- Use social listening tools to track audience sentiment, and help answer questions.
- Assist in media editing tasks such as clipping highlights or creating promotional graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or other media editing tools.
- Support the development of engaging content by proofreading scripts or captions and contributing creative ideas for livestream themes.
- Monitor digital marketing performance through analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to evaluate stream effectiveness and audience growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing performance monitoring.
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Proficiency in media editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics, and marketing online analytics to enhance content reach.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle live interactions professionally and diplomatically.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer is a plus.
