What You'll Do
- Learn the fundamentals of consultative sales and marketing through paid training.
- Meet with customers to introduce products, services, and current promotional offers.
- Assist customers with enrollment, account setup, and required documentation.
- Apply marketing techniques to create engaging customer interactions and recommend solutions based on individual needs.
- Build lasting customer relationships through professional, friendly service.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures.
- Collaborate with teammates on marketing initiatives and customer outreach efforts.
- Participate in ongoing leadership, sales, and marketing development programs.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
