About JETSET Pilates
JETSET Pilates Instructors motivate clients through 50-minute, choreographed classes. They are responsible for guiding clients safely and effectively through our modern Pilates workout and showing them modifications and form corrections as needed. Instructors are expected to be able to provide support and encouragement to clients of varying skill levels. They embody the culture and brand to support a welcoming and engaging community. JETSET Pilates instructors are dedicated individuals who are invested in their team and the workout; they occasionally assume other duties as assigned and are expected to work early morning, evening, and weekend shifts as necessary.
Role Overview:
JETSET Pilates is looking for strong fitness instructors to join us in creating our founding instructor team. This is the first JETSET Pilates to open in the Pacific Northwest and are looking for instructors to help grow our Miami based brand. If selected, you will attend our JETSET Pilates Training Academy to become a certified JETSET Pilates Instructor. This role is open to all group fitness instructors who can commit to a weekly class schedule. This role has great opportunity for growth and leadership as we grow the JETSET Pilates community in Seattle.
Responsibilities:
Be prepared and on time to teach
Foster a sense of community in the Studio
Comfortable with leading a fast-paced class with music and high energy
Sub when able and help create a positive and supportive studio environment
Ability to teach a minimum of 4-6 classes and have availability mornings, evenings and weekends as necessary
Must be available to travel and go through our JETSET Pilates Instructor Training Academy
Attend staff meetings and trainings to stay up to date on teaching skills
Qualifications
CPR/AED Certified
Exceptional verbal cueing
Previous fitness experience (preferred)
