What You’ll Do:

Provide bilingual (Spanish-English) customer service via phone

Assist patients with billing, insurance questions, and account resolution
-
Research and resolve discrepancies or issues with patient accounts

Update insurance information and rebill claims as necessary

Generate and send itemized statements or courtesy claims
-
Set up and manage payment plans
-
Accurately document all interactions in the system

Maintain a professional and empathetic tone at all times

Perform additional administrative duties as needed
What You’ll Need:

High school diploma or GED
-
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- Excellent communication, listening, and typing skills

Ability to multitask (listen, speak, and type simultaneously)

Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and computer-based systems

Previous experience in customer service, call centers, retail, or hospitality is a plus
