Responsibilities

- Follow up with prospects who require additional touchpoints.
- Accurately update the CRM after every interaction.
- Collaborate with setters and the sales team to improve conversion rates.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Attend sales meetings, coaching sessions, and training.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience (high-ticket sales preferred).
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
- Comfortable conducting Zoom or phone sales calls.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
