Integrity Financial Associates is hiring a paralegal or person experienced in tax resolution to support our Enrolled Agent in resolving back tax issues. This role focuses on client communication, collections, and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients on payments, documents, and case progress
- Manage collections and rebilling, ensuring accounts stay current
- Send, receive, and organize documents for tax resolution cases
- Assist clients in preparing basic paperwork
- Maintain records and correspondence using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Qualifications:
- Experience in collections, billing, or account management preferred
- Certified paralegal or experienced in tax resolution services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- $17–$23/hour base pay to start + commission
