- Follow department cleaning procedures and quality standards.
- Keep interiors and adjacent areas clean and orderly.
- Dust, polish, sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with squeegees and proper cleaners.
- Sanitize and restock restrooms.
- Load/unload dishwashers; wipe counters; service coffee equipment; reset caterings and conference rooms.
- Use chemical cleaners and power machinery per guidelines to protect floors and fixtures.
- Maintain custodial tools; perform preventative upkeep; manage chemical and consumable inventory.
- Assist with training and take on related tasks as assigned.
You’ll report to the Company Services Supervisor and support multiple spaces across the campus.
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Preferred: hands‑on time with vacuums, floor buffers, and common cleaning solutions.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Accuracy and an eye for detail.
- Stamina for standing, walking, and repetitive motions over long periods.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Starting pay: $16 per hour
- Shift differential: $1 per hour
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3PM – 11PM
