Parts Experience Required, Preferably Motorcycle Experience

We are seeking a Parts Counter Person to assist retail customers in selecting and purchasing Motorcycle Parts & Accessories, order parts, stock inventory, and more. Good communication and telephone manners are necessary.
Responsibilities

Help retail customers select and purchase Motorcycle Parts and Accessories

Order and stock parts and accessories into inventory.

Obtain parts for repair Technicians.

Answer requests for parts information.

Develop relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales and referrals.

Actively reach out to customers via text, email, and calls, paying special attention to new bike buyers and new riders.

Attractively display merchandise.

Maintain organized and clean appearance for counters, displays, shelves,

bins, etc.

Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements

Saturday availability is required.

Parts experience is required preferably motorcycle experience.

Good telephone manners and computer skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Cashier/cash handling and data entry experience

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.

Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
