Customer Service Representative – Dry Cleaning
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Tagging and labeling garments accurately
- Entering and processing customer orders
- Assembling and packaging customer orders
- Monitoring the garment cleaning process
- Ensuring orders are completed correctly and on time
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Previous customer service experience
- Dry cleaning experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle a busy customer service environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
