Location Overview : This position is located at our Bartram Lakes facility located on our beautiful 115-acre campus in Bartram Park, Fla. Position Summary: The Front Desk Receptionist will provide coverage of telephone and front desk duties. Answer incoming calls in a prompt, courteous manner according to Brooks customer service quality standards. Greet and assist visitors in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Receives hospital guests, ascertains needs, and directs guests appropriately.
- Courteously answers the phone and takes accurate messages.
- Answers routine questions regarding departmental policies, operations and procedures.
- Checks appointment schedules and directs or escorts guests to appropriate office or departmental area.
- Completes assignments of special projects by designated deadlines.
- Responsible for admitting patients as needed.
- Monitors patients in lobby area.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- 1 year Customer Service experience.
- 1 year of switchboard or phone experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask.
Compensation : Experience and education may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended .
Full-Time Shift: 8:30a-7p, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
