Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered

Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day clinical and administrative operations within the outpatient program
- Manage scheduling, calendars, communication, and workflow organization for staff and clients
- Maintain professional documentation and records in compliance with CARF, HIPAA, and state standards
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, families, and team members with professionalism and empathy
- Support intake coordination, assessments, and client onboarding processes as needed
- Utilize Outlook, Google Calendar, Microsoft Office, and related systems for scheduling, communication, and operational tracking
- Assist with maintaining efficient office operations, organization, and administrative systems
- Coordinate group schedules, programming logistics, and related operational tasks
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical staff to ensure continuity of care and smooth program operations
- Support project management initiatives and administrative follow-through
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Perform additional administrative and client care duties as assigned
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
