Position Summary
We are looking for a dependable and energetic Part-Time Fry Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is passionate about preparing high-quality food, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fried menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Operate fryers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain proper food temperatures and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Stock and organize fry station before, during, and after each shift.
- Monitor oil quality and assist with fryer cleaning and maintenance.
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Assist with additional food preparation and kitchen duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or fry cook experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
- Strong attention to detail and food presentation.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
