We’re hiring Enterprise Account Executives to take FlowGen into large enterprises that run on SAP, including Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies.
You’ll own a portfolio of named enterprise accounts, partner closely with the founding team on strategic deals, and help refine the playbook for selling autonomous AI into complex finance, operations, and IT environments.
This is a role for closers who can navigate large organizations, build executive trust, and convert strong customer pull into enterprise revenue.
Own a book of enterprise accounts from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close
Run multi-stakeholder sales cycles across finance, operations, IT, SAP, procurement, security, and legal
Build business cases around automation, working capital improvement, cycle-time reduction, and operational efficiency
Partner with founders, product, and solutions teams on strategic customer opportunities
Forecast accurately, manage pipeline, and close six-figure and above ACV deals
Travel regularly for customer meetings across the US and Europe
7+ years selling enterprise software with six-figure and above ACV
Track record of consistently exceeding quota
Experience selling into large enterprises, ideally Fortune 500 or Global 2000
Comfortable selling technical products into complex IT and business environments
Familiarity with SAP, ERP, finance operations, automation, AI, or data infrastructure is a plus
AI-native: you use modern tools daily to research accounts, prep for calls, draft outreach, and move faster
Comfortable in early-stage environments where you build the playbook, not just follow it
Clear communicator, strong owner, and comfortable operating with incomplete information
Direct impact on revenue, product direction, and company trajectory
Sell a category-defining AI product into some of the world’s largest enterprises
Work closely with founders, frontier AI engineers, and SAP experts
High bar for velocity, ownership, customer trust, and pragmatic execution
Location: In person, San Francisco Bay Area
Travel: Regular travel across the US and Europe

Compensation Range: $175K - $300K
