Shift Leader — Firehouse Subs

Pay: $13/hour during training, then $14/hour

Hours: 30–40 hours per week
Schedule: Must be available for Saturday, Sunday, opening and closing shifts
LaunchPad Sandwich Co. LLC is hiring Shift Leaders for our Firehouse Subs restaurants. We are looking for reliable, hardworking team members who are ready to step into an entry-level leadership role and help run strong, clean, guest-focused shifts.
The Shift Leader is responsible for leading the team and running the store when the Store Manager is not present. This is a hands-on role. You will be expected to work the line, lead by example, support your team, and make sure guests are taken care of quickly and respectfully.
Responsibilities
- Lead team members during assigned shifts
- Run the prep line efficiently and help fulfill orders within speed-of-service standards
- Make sure guests are always prioritized
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards during the shift
- Help control labor costs based on actual sales and shift needs
- Keep the team focused, productive, and professional
- Help maintain a safe and positive work environment
- Represent the owners and Firehouse Subs in an honorable and respectful way
Requirements
- Must be available to work Saturdays, Sundays, and closing shifts
- Must also be willing to work day shifts when needed
- Must be reliable, coachable, and able to lead by example
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Must be able to communicate clearly with team members and managers
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but not required
