Position Overview
Our global beauty and fragrance industry company is seeking a strategic, execution-driven Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across global product launches, promotional programs and sampling efforts. This role is critical in driving speed to market, scaling processes, and ensuring cross-functional alignment across a dynamic and growing product portfolio.
Reporting to the Manufacturing Director, the Project Manager will serve as a central driver of execution; bringing structure, momentum, and clarity to complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines, identifying critical paths to consistently meet requested ship dates.
- Own and drive program timelines with suppliers, proactively negotiating, challenging assumptions and resolving issues as they arise.
- Lead recurring cross-functional development meetings that foster alignment, collaboration and momentum.
- Serve as the central point of coordination for cross-functional execution across new product launches, reformulations, regulatory changes, packaging updates, and other operational initiatives.
- Proactively identify risks and escalate critical issues to senior leadership with clear recommendations and actionable next steps.
- Create and maintain the cost of goods for all active products.
- Drive accountability and clarity across teams to ensure milestones, handoffs, and approvals are delivered on time.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners through influence, diplomacy, and clear communication.
- Implement tools, templates, and best practices to standardize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4 - 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within beauty or CPG.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through commercialization.
- Strong understanding of product development, packaging, regulatory, supply chain, and marketing processes and workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale project management frameworks in fast-paced organizations.
- Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs.
- Highly proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, Word).
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
