Job Summary
Super Luxe Home Health Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care to seniors and adults who need assistance with daily living. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about improving the quality of life of our clients while treating them with dignity, respect, and kindness.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean living environment.
- Remind clients to take medications as directed (no medication administration unless authorized).
- Assist with transfers and ambulation using proper safety techniques.
- Escort clients to medical appointments, errands, and community activities when required.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical or mental condition.
- Maintain accurate daily care notes and documentation.
- Follow each client’s individualized care plan and company policies.
- Maintain client confidentiality and provide care with professionalism and compassion.
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving, CNA, HHA, DSP, or home care experience preferred.
- Current California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred or willingness to obtain.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance (preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check.
- TB test clearance as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with transfers when necessary.
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and trustworthy.
