Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Food Runner to join our team. The Food Runner will be responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Deliver food orders promptly to customers
- Assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of orders
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen team
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any customer needs or concerns promptly
Experience
- Prior experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Willingness to assist in other areas such as bussing tables, helping the kitchen, or supporting banquet services
- Knowledge of food service operations and basic cooking skills is advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
