Job Summary
We are looking for a detailed and reliable cleaner to join our growing and dynamic team as a residential Cleaning Specialist . Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure that all spaces are spotless, organized, and hygienic.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, ensuring high standards of hygiene and appearance.
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and supplies .
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to ensure prompt resolution.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and consistency.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly cleaned and stored after use.
- Be comfortable in working alone and as a team .
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential cleaning is p required. Furthrr training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety protocols.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Good communication skills
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
