About the Role:
We're hiring a Production Specialist for the small-format print side of our business: business cards, fliers, decals, labels, window graphics, small signage, and similar short-run digital print work. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality printed materials from file prep through finishing, keeping jobs on schedule and up to spec.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process print-ready files for small format digital printing using RIP software
- Operate our Ricoh 7550, Duplo and Summa
- Prepare and assemble various print and sign materials
- QC, pack and wrap orders for delivery or shipment
- Assist with occasional sign installations
- Follow quality standards to ensure each job meets client expectations
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in printing and production
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Able to lift 25–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable with strong communication skills and a dedicated work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in printing
- Proficient and confident in using design software such as Adobe and Photoshop
- Experience with large format printing, finishing and installation
