The Role (What You’ll Own)
As a Residential Service Plumber, you will be responsible for diagnosing plumbing issues, presenting solutions, and delivering high-quality service while creating an outstanding customer experience.
You will:
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
- Educate homeowners and recommend solutions
- Build trust through professionalism and communication
- Deliver clean, efficient, high-quality workmanship
- Represent the Pioneer Plumbing brand with excellence
Key Responsibilities
Service & Technical Execution
- Perform residential plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and efficiently
- Service water heaters, fixtures, piping, sewer lines, and plumbing systems
- Follow all plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures
- Maintain clean and organized job sites and vehicles
Customer Experience
- Build rapport and trust with homeowners
- Clearly explain plumbing issues and available solutions
- Deliver a professional, 5-star customer experience on every call
- Maintain strong communication and professionalism in customer homes
Performance & Accountability
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- Accurately document completed work and service notes
- Participate in coaching and ongoing development
- Take ownership of job performance and customer satisfaction
Team Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management

What We’re Looking For
- 24+ years old with valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen (including cannabis for safety-sensitive roles)
- 2+ years of plumbing experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Coachable mindset and willingness to grow

- Peak season and emergency service may require overtime or on-call availability
Experience
- Residential Plumbing: 2+ years preferred
License/Certification
- Plumbing license preferred but not required
- Valid Driver’s License required
Pay: $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
