Job Overview:
Smoothie King is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Assistant Manager to help lead our Conroe location. In this role, you will work alongside the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, develop team members, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations
- Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance and service standards
- Ensure all products are prepared according to Smoothie King recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment at all times
- Open and close the store, including cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Train new team members on store procedures, product knowledge, and customer service expectations
- Support store goals related to sales, speed of service, and guest satisfaction
- Enforce compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Positive attitude and a genuine commitment to team success
