The Role
We are looking for a Gallery Manager for a satellite gallery in the Franklin Area
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ
This role is for a new gallery that we just opened and is not our main gallery. We will train you fully on our product, how to handle customers and walk-ins to the showroom, but there is very little traffic for the time being as most of it comes through our main showroom in Nashville. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being by themselves for long periods of time, likes to read, or enjoys a very slow paced environment. This gallery will grow, but you will be the only person there for most of the day every day. I just want to make that clear as this is not for everyone. If you enjoy a thriving team environment, then this probably isn't the best place to be honest. There will be opportunities for growth in compensation however if you enjoy Business development activities, have experience in social media or are willing to help us promote our business within the community.
This will likely change over time but it could be a while as the area will take time to grow.

Key Responsibilities/Client Experience & Front Desk
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
- Assist with promoting our name and brand within the local community through visiting businesses, making calls, etc.
- Respond to inquiries and guide clients through our process
- Schedule in-home consultations and showroom appointments
- Ensure every client interaction reflects a luxury, high-end experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
- Ensure all displays, samples, and materials are properly presented
- Assist with light merchandising and organization of product samples
Product Knowledge
- Learn and understand Hunter Douglas products and custom drapery offerings
- Confidently speak to clients about product options and next steps
- Support the sales team by reinforcing product education and client communication
Administrative Support
- Manage CRM updates, client records, and job notes
- Assist with order tracking and internal communication
- Support day-to-day office operations and team needs
