Position Overview
Ironcrest Protection Services is hiring professional Security Guards for an established hookah lounge in Denver.
This position requires professionalism, strong communication skills, situational awareness, and the ability to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for patrons and staff.
Officers will work closely with venue management to maintain order, monitor guest behavior, prevent disturbances, and provide a visible security presence throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Monitor entrances and exits
- Maintain a professional visible presence
- Assist with crowd management
- Prevent disturbances and altercations
- Assist with guest safety concerns
- Complete Daily Activity Reports (DAR)
- Complete Incident Reports when necessary
- Communicate with supervisors and management
- Maintain professional interactions with patrons and staff
Requirements
- Active Denver Security Guard License Required
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to Work Overnight Hours
- Smartphone for Reporting and Communication
- Ability to Stand and Walk for Extended Periods
Preferred Experience
- Event Security Experience
- Customer Service Experience
Uniform Requirements
- Professional Appearance Required
