- Handle various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently to maintain high standards of floor care and overall cleanliness.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and supplies to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Follow hotel emergency procedures promptly and accurately in case of incidents or safety concerns.
- Maintain proper documentation of sanitation practices by adhering to safety data sheets (SDS) guidelines and chemical handling protocols.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks when moving furniture or supplies, ensuring manual handling safety standards are met.
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and public areas to uphold cleanliness standards and report maintenance issues promptly.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a hotel or industrial cleaning setting is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping management practices enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service.
- Experience with sanitation procedures, chemical agent handling, and the use of cleaning equipment is essential for maintaining safety and quality standards.
