American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ER Holding/Rapid Admit Unit position with IMC-level care, working night shifts on a 13-week travel contract in New Mexico.

Patient ratio of 1:4

Night shift schedule: Tuesday through Thursday, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM (3x12-hour shifts, 36 hours/week)

Every other weekend required

Floating required

Epic EMR experience preferred

Active NM or Compact RN license required

Minimum 1 year of RN experience required; 2+ years preferred

Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Two professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration

First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Solo travelers only — travel pairs or groups will not be accepted

Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before being eligible as a traveler

No more than 3 days of RTO will be approved, and no RTO is permitted during the first week of orientation
