The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day human resources functions for Beyond Behavior ABA. This position will assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement while ensuring a positive experience for both applicants and current employees. The ideal candidate is highly organized, maintains confidentiality, communicates professionally, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
- Coordinate recruitment activities including posting positions, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and new hire paperwork.
- Maintain confidential employee personnel files and HR records.
- Assist with background checks, credential verification, and required employment documentation.
- Track employee certifications, training requirements, and license renewals.
- Assist with benefits enrollment and employee questions.
- Support payroll preparation by maintaining accurate employment records.
- Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies.
- Coordinate employee recognition and engagement initiatives.
- Assist with policy updates and HR documentation.
- Respond professionally to employee questions and direct concerns appropriately.
- Maintain accurate HR databases and electronic filing systems.
- Perform additional administrative and HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Previous administrative, recruiting, or HR experience.
- Experience in healthcare or behavioral health.
