- Pay: $15 per hour + $10 for every qualified lead generated
- Customer service and communication skills required
- Must be comfortable approaching and speaking with customers
- Help customers schedule free estimates
- Must be reliable, professional, and motivated
- Weekend availability required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred not a must.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or remodeling is a plus.
- Greet and assist customers in the store.
- Talk with customers about their remodeling and flooring projects.
- Explain our remodeling services and free estimate process.
- Generate qualified leads and collect accurate customer information.
- Schedule free estimates and measurements with customers.
- Enter all leads into the company system and calendar.
- Follow up with customers to confirm their appointments.
- Provide professional customer service and answer basic questions.
- Work closely with the estimator and project team.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Help meet weekly lead-generation goals.
- Protect customer information and company business.
