What You’ll Do
As a Landscape Installation Apprentice, you could assist with all aspects of landscape construction, including:
- Softscape installation (planting, mulch, stone, edging)
- Hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces)
- Sod and finishing work
- Accent lighting
You will work alongside experienced crew leaders who will train and develop you with the goal of long-term advancement.

You must:
- Be motivated to grow — with the goal of advancing to Crew Leader/Foreman
- Take pride in quality and craftsmanship
- Be coachable and able to take direction
- Show up on time and ready to work every day
- Be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions for up to 10 hours per day
- Enjoy physical, hands-on work
What You Can Expect
- Opportunity for apprenticeship under a certified journeyman
- 50–55 hours per week during peak season
- Starting pay at $20/hour + overtime
