Sears Imported Autos is a family owned 60-year Mercedes-Benz dealership dedicated to providing exceptional maintenance and repair services to our valued customers. We are currently seeking a full time Used Car Biller to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.
The Used Car Biller processes used car deals. Verifies costs for the accounting department, including the costs of reconditioning and equipment add-ons, and handles the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Essential Job Functions:
- Process trades paperwork and process payoffs required or purchases if necessary. Complete stock car and title work on trade title.
- Bill used cars
- Purchase all used cars
- Clean schedules: contracts in transit, used car schedules, payoffs, vehicle clearing, used car loaners.
- Keep up gross log and commissions on daily basis for end of month.
- Process CVP credits
- Complete vendor payments for Gap, service contracts, Enviroguard, etc.
- Aftermarket customer refunds
- Accounting for aftermarkets not within deals
- Mercedes CPO/ELW/PPM reports
- Post and code all invoices against used cars that are received on a daily basis
- Make adjustments to inventories as required throughout the month.
- Move MB cars to CPO account as required monthly.
- Maintains professional appearance and neat work area.
- Other Duties as assigned
Required:
- High School diploma or GED
- Miimum 2 years of Dealership Accounting
- New or Used car billing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
