Channel Sales Manager — SaaS/Security

About the Role
We are partnering with a leading company in the endpoint and unified endpoint management (UEM) space to hire a Channel Sales Manager. This role is responsible for building and scaling partner-led revenue growth across North America, working with resellers, MSPs, and technology partners to drive new business.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of channel partners and resellers
- Develop and execute channel go-to-market strategies to drive net-new revenue
- Build joint business plans with key partners to expand market reach
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to support partner enablement
- Track and report on partner performance, pipeline, and revenue contribution
- Represent the company at partner events, conferences, and QBRs
Qualifications
- 8+ years of total professional sales experience (exceptional candidates with 6+ years will be considered)
- 5–7 years of channel-specific sales experience within SaaS or Security
- Hands-on knowledge of EMM/MDM, IT Operations & Systems Management, or Security & Access solutions
- Proven track record building and scaling partner/channel programs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Compensation
- Total OTE: $180,000–$200,000 (70/30 split)
- Base: $126,000–$140,000
- Variable: $54,000–$60,000

Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
