Looking for your next Home Health assignment? We're hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel contract in Concord, California, with the opportunity to extend!
Position Details
- Weekly Pay: $3,000
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (extension available)
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes
- See approximately 6 patients per day
- Coordinate and schedule patient visits
- Complete documentation using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Requirements
- Active California RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- At least 1 year of recent Home Health experience
- Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS
- Ability to meet productivity expectations of 25–30 points
