Position Summary
Execute high-level general ledger account reconciliations, accurate reporting, and data verification, enabling senior staff to analyze options and make financial decisions aligned with company objectives.

Monitor policies and procedures for assigned departments, and identify and suggestimprovements forreconciliation processes,accounting reporting and procedures.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
-
Performs high-level general ledger account reconciliations, verify accuracy of data, and report, identify, and correct errors made by both internal and external personnel.

Support timely monthly, quarterly, mid-year, and year-end financial close, include assigned journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, accruals, and overall maintenance of accounts.

Prepare special financial reports as requested by management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Accounting or Financedesired.

Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience

Superior organization and time management skills for prioritizing and managing multiple projects.

Strong written and oral communication skills as well as proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, and General Ledger Accounting systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines.

Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

Experience in Audit accountingprocess

Knowledge of GAAP a plus
