What You'll Do
As an Exterior Technician, you'll be the face of AlphaBrite on our customers' properties, providing:
- Gutter cleaning — clearing and maintaining gutters, often from ladders or roof access
- Window washing — exterior window cleaning, including second-story and hard-to-access windows
- Pressure washing — driveways, walkways, and entry areas
- Trash bin cleaning — routine bin sanitation service
You'll typically work independently or in a small team, driving a company van between scheduled homes, completing each service to a high standard, and representing AlphaBrite professionally on every property.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable working on roofs and ladders
- Hands-on experience required in one or more of: pressure washing, window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, or gutter cleaning.
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable and on time
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Able to commute around East Bay Area
Job Duties:
- Maintain residential properties
- Set up and maintain cleaning equipment
- Provide a premium customer service experience to clients
- Drive between customer locations
- Follow safety procedures
- Keep equipment and vehicles clean
