The
Specialty Cook will prepare food for the flights of several of our airline
clients. Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule - including
afternoons, week-ends and holidays. They must be able to cook in an
international/production environment and prepare bulk hot food for various
airlines. They must have at least 3 years cooking experience in a restaurant
or production environment; In addition, must have the ability to read and
follow recipes/specs. Must have
knowledge of a specific type of culinary cuisine or various type of
International cuisines.
