OLI PHONE SALES SPECIALIST
OLI Outdoor Services is growing fast, and we are looking for a driven, energetic, and competitive Call Representative to join our sales team.
This is not just a basic phone job. This is an inside sales role built for someone who wants to make calls, chase opportunities, follow up with customers, and help turn open proposals into closed deals.
The Call Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers in our database, following up on open estimates, reactivating past leads, and helping move customers through the sales process. The right person for this role is hungry, confident on the phone, organized, and motivated by performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Make 100–200 outbound calls per day to potential customers, existing customers, and open leads in the company database.
- Follow up with homeowners and businesses regarding outstanding proposals and estimates.
- Work to help convert open opportunities into closed jobs.
- Track daily call activity, conversations, follow-ups, proposal status, and performance metrics.
- Update customer records, notes, and next steps inside the CRM.
- Build rapport with customers through clear, confident, and professional communication.
- Answer basic questions about OLI’s services, pricing process, scheduling, and next steps.
- Set follow-up reminders and stay consistent with customer communication.
- Work closely with the outside sales team to create smooth customer handoffs.
- Help reactivate old leads, past customers, and unsold proposals.
- Maintain a positive, persistent, and professional attitude throughout the day.
- Follow call scripts, sales processes, and training systems provided by the company.
- Treat every call like an opportunity to create a great customer experience and help the company grow.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center work is preferred.
- Strong phone communication skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
- Organized and able to track conversations, follow-ups, and customer details.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email, texting platforms, and basic technology.
- Positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection and keep moving forward.
- Strong work ethic and team-player mindset.
- Coachable and willing to learn new sales strategies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
