Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the New Jersey Bar and in good standing
- New Jersey Bar (Required)
- 3-5 years of Personal Injury experience
- Spanish fluency is a plus
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence to clients and opposing counsel
- Conduct client intake interviews and develop case strategy
- Manage case deadlines and coordinate filings across multiple matters
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive case management
- Perform legal research with a focus on personal injury law
- Strong written and oral communication skills — comfortable with both attorneys and adjusters
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage a demanding caseload independently
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
