We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Compliance Coordinator to support quality, compliance, and credentialing initiatives across the organization.
The Compliance Coordinator supports organization-wide quality and compliance programs by coordinating compliance activities, managing credentialing and privileging processes, overseeing training administration, and supporting incident reporting and risk management efforts.

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, review, and maintain Quality and Compliance policies and procedures.

Maintain Quality and Compliance resources on the organization’s intranet.

Prepare reports and documentation for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.

Coordinate and monitor the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) process and annual risk assessments.

Conduct audits and maintain records related to compliance activities and investigations.

Support the peer review process by compiling and distributing data.

Coordinate provider credentialing and privileging activities, including initial appointments and renewals.

Serve as the primary liaison with Credentials Verification Organizations (CVOs).

Maintain provider credentialing files and track license and certification expirations.

Prepare materials for credentialing committee meetings.

Monitor and respond to reports submitted through the compliance hotline and incident reporting systems.

Assist with investigations and corrective action plans.

Administer the Learning Management System (LMS).

Coordinate required compliance training and generate completion reports.

Partner with department leaders to ensure training requirements are met.

Associate degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.

Two (2) years of relevant experience in compliance, health information management, credentialing, or another healthcare-related field may substitute for the educational requirement.

Two to three (2–3) years of experience in compliance, healthcare administration, credentialing, or quality improvement.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filtering, and sorting.
