Our company is in need of a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Agent looking to join our team. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for communicating with prospective tenants over the phone and via email, assisting with leasing transactions including applicant screening, lease negotiation and lease execution, maintaining current knowledge of the local real estate market and general business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Promote a positive and productive work environment for all staff members.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Understand the real estate market and its trends.
- Use customer service skills to help clients of all ethnicities and ages.
- Generate leads and activities from data sources.
- Control and arrange property documents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
