N.R. Hayes Lawn Care LLC is a locally operated, fast growing grounds maintenance company in the Richmond and Chesterfield areas. We provide our services to both commercial and residential clients. We are looking to add crew leaders and landscape crew members to our team! Below is a list of benefits and requirements for joining our team:
Crew leader qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience running a maintenance crew
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Be able to lead crew and have positive attitude in varying weather conditions
- Be able to drive vehicle with trailer
- Experience running landscape equipment: Mowers, trimmers, hedge trimmer, blowers, etc.
- Ability to lift 75lbs
- Strong work ethic
- Take pride in work performed!
- Spray technician license is a plus
Landscape crew member:
- 1+ year experience preferred
- Ability to lift 75lbs
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to work
- Strong work ethic
- Experience running landscape equipment: Mowers, trimmers, hedge trimmer, blowers, etc.
- Take pride in work performed!
