We are seeking a Client Care Account Manager with 4-6 years of experience in account management, client services, or customer success. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, driving account growth, managing renewals, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-focused, and skilled at collaborating with both clients and internal teams. This is an on-site, in-office position in our Brentwood, TN or Santa Rosa Beach, FL office, where you will be surrounded by other humans.

Responsibilities
Client Communication & Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely delivery of tailored solutions and managing client feedback.
Respond to client emails and follow up on pending requests, approvals, and missing information to keep tasks on track.
Build and maintain strong relationships within the team and with clients.
Sales & Contract Management
Client Onboarding & Offboarding
Lead client onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating with all internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience.
Help create ticket details that are shared with all stakeholders.
Client Meetings & Account Management
Maintain full ownership of assigned client accounts, coordinating closely with the Accounting Department on invoicing and account changes.
Host client check-in calls.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Professional experience of 4-6 years in customer service, client management, or a related role, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and relationship building.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to compose professional emails.
Experience in CRM software such as Salesforce and Copper.
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Self-starter who can work collaboratively in a team environment.
Must be able to sit for extended periods, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks on a computer.
